Connection between Great Grandpa Ivory Scott and Simon Batiste

 I think Simon Batiste is related to my paternal grandfather's father Ivory Scott. 

I am trying to find out who were my Great Grandpa's parents.

Simon Batiste living on Bayou Lafourche Rd at Precinct 3 in District 49 in Lafourche Parish like Great Grandpa Ivory 

he has son named Nolan which is same name as my paternal grandfather




1940 US Census

Simon Batiste living at 418 East Seventh St in Thibodoux 

Great Grandpa Ivory living at 416 East Seventh St  in Thibodaux according to 1930 Census




1950 US Census

Simon Batiste was living at 714 St Charles St in Thibodaux 

Great Grandpa Ivory was living at 1318 St. Charles St. in Thibodaux
